Steber’s slippery slope to success

Steber’s slippery slope to success

The flexibility of manufacturing in fibreglass has again come to the fore with Steber International’s latest successful venture – tourist park playground equipment.

A second water adventure playground has just been installed for a major park chain and Steber general manager, Alan Steber said: “Photos don’t do the installation justice”.

“The latest project involved green and red tube and open water slides, yellow landing platforms and red and blue roof sections making an eye-catching and action-packed feature for the young and young at heart”, he said.

The equipment was manufactured in sections from special mouldings at Steber’s Taree factory before being transported to the park site for assembly.

While playground equipment may be one of the latest examples of Steber’s varied product line, they also manufacture marina storage boxes, moulded trailer wheel guards, two and four step mouldings and even barbecue benches.
